Between four and a half and six and a half hours of shared working day, depending on the season and where you are. Calls before lunch are easy, and a change you ask for first thing can be on staging the same day.

Website maintenance, priced in pounds
Care and hosting plans are priced in pounds and charged in US dollars unless you ask to pay in pounds; projects are quoted in US dollars. Our invoices carry no Indian tax: they are a zero-rated export of services under a Letter of Undertaking. If your business is VAT-registered, services bought from outside the UK are normally accounted for under the reverse charge, and your accountant will confirm it.

Ireland and the rest of Europe
Irish clients work on exactly the same hours and terms as UK ones. For businesses in Central Europe the overlap is longer still, because your clocks sit an hour closer to ours.
Projects are quoted in US dollars and plans can be paid in dollars or pounds. Everything we write, and everything we build unless you tell us otherwise, is in English.
What United Kingdom clients ask first
Do you charge VAT?
No UK VAT and no Indian tax on our invoices. If you are VAT-registered you will normally account for VAT yourself under the reverse charge, which is the standard treatment for services bought from abroad. Your accountant will know it in one line.
Can you take over a site another agency built?
Yes. Taking over a site someone else built is a normal way into a care plan. It starts with a free audit of what is there: versions, plugins, hosting, backups and what is quietly broken, so the first month goes on the right things.
Do you work with businesses in Ireland and the EU?
Yes, on the same terms. Irish hours are identical to the UK's, and Central European clients get a slightly longer overlap with our day.
Do you have a UK office?
No. We are one studio, in Bengaluru, four and a half or five and a half hours ahead of London depending on the season. The overlap is long enough that most UK clients never think about it.
Are you Shopify experts or a general agency?
Both halves are real: we build and maintain WordPress and Shopify, and almost nothing else. No rankings campaigns, no advertising, no content writing. That narrowness is why the Shopify work is good.
